COCHELLA is now is a local delivery service available in select locations. For a small fee, you can get certain items purchased on eBay hand-delivered to you. You can schedule your item to be delivered to you either the same day you make your purchase, or the next day.

Section 3 (canceling a transaction)

You can cancel an COCHELLA Now transaction so long as the valet isn't on the way to pick up the item at the store.

To cancel an COCHELLA Now transaction in My eBay:

  1. Go to My COCHELLA > Purchases.

  2. Select the item.

  3. From the More actions drop-down menu, selectRequest to cancel.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

    You can also cancel the transaction from the View order details page.

Section 4 (Local Pickup)

Local pickup

Sellers who don't want to ship large, heavy, or fragile items, or who would simply prefer not to ship an item, can offer a local pickup option.

Items listed with Local Pickup as the shipping option appear in search results along with items offering other shipping options, no matter where you or the item is located. Read the listing carefully to determine the location of the item and the shipping or local pickup options the seller offers.

In addition to PayPal or a credit card, you can sometimes use a check, money order, or bank wire transfer to purchase a local pickup item, as specified by the seller in the listing. For more information, see the accepted payments policy.

Returning an item you purchased with local pickup

If you want to return an item you originally purchased using local pickup, work with the seller to find a way to get the item back to the seller safely. Read and understand the return policy in the listing before making your purchase.
